I need cheap airline and hotel packages.? |
Travel Info My friend and I are planning a trip to Toronto, Canada. We were trying to find the best prices but haven't had much luck. Any advice? Travel Tips the cheapest travel agency is yourself. don't rely on the internet travel companies they are only in business to make money not to save you any. they are just quirky outfits looking for lazy people who are decieved into thinking they are getting a good deal. you are not!!!!!! i have never been able to find a good travel package through them. i have had my best luck calling the airlines that i was planing to travel on and the hotel you are planing to stay in. for example the hotels have to prices one to people who call the hotel directly and one posted on line or with the hotel chain. both higher. now the problem with using hotel chain services like reservations numbers is that they lie!!!! i wanted to go to panama flordia one summer i tried all the travel agencies and they all told me the same thing all the hotels were booked. i tried several hotel chain reversaion lines all Hotels booked. then i called the individual hotels. and guess what they all had rooms that i could get and for less then what the chain reversations were charging or what the travel agencies were charging. remember all hotels save rooms for last minute travelers. these rooms are not listed to travel agencies or to the hotel chain reversations lines. you can only get these special prices throught calling the individual hotels and making reversations with them and asking for avaiable rooms and discounts. it worked for me and will for any one else to. PS it works for airlines to go online join the special club each airline have. you get special assistance special pricing and get to stay in Vip lounges free for just joining. Others Hotwire.com Check out some of the traveling agencies websites....they have really good deals. Hope you have a great time! Go to pricline.com or expedia.com and check them out. Or go to Air Canada web site and try there. Also, Westjet Airlines. Try: www.mobissimo.com Try a website called travelzoo.com they post all kinds of deals weekly. You never know what kind of ideas you'll get. Would help to know where you're coming from to give advise. |
