(Bay and Dundas) to Downtown Buffalo. Check the link below. It looks like it would about $85. CAD, with taxes about $97.00 round trip. If you have to travel to Pearson, it's not easily accessible to public transit. This is the most convenient option, I'm not sure if you need cheaper than that, but info will be available at Pearson if their are alternatives.
