What is it like driving in Tronto?

Yonge Street is tough because for the most part, in the downtown core, you can't turn left or right... so once you're on it, you're stuck on it. During rush hour, traffic can be bad, there are street CARS in the downtown area as well, and you have to be aware of those because you can't pass them while they're letting passengers out.

It really depends though, what area you're going to be in - if you're downtown, then it will be busy, lots of traffic, and lots of no turn signs and one way streets. In suburban areas, there's less traffic, no street cars, and you can turn pretty much where you want. Source(s): TMS

where is TRONTO?????
Its o.k. as long as its not rush hour or if something is going on at the stadium. Younge Street is tough but again..you can drive it pretty good during the day.
Rush hour can get crazy because it is bumper to bumper traffic. People want to get home in a hurry and can't.
Otherwise, if you know your way around the city it isn't bad. After I moved down here, I borrowed a car and was surprised by how easy it was to drive. The biggest problem is that outsiders try driving here and don't know their way around.

Don't pass a streetcar when it has stopped. Passengers get off and cross over one lane of the road at some stops.

well definitely if you do not know your way in Toronto you will get last, so buy yourself magalan, or tam tam and safe the headache
