THe TTC will take you everywhere.
CN Tower, concerts at the ACC,
there is this hippo tour bus that turns into a boat and goes into the water. Party on College street is awesome in the summer and there are less kids, but if you like the kids, go to the entertainment district at John and Queen.
You must go to Canadas Wonderland and the toronto zoo.
The Delta Chelsea Hotel in Downtown Toronto is a wonderful place to stay. Steps away from the College Park Subway station and 4 minutes by foot from the Eaton Centre. The hotel has a childrens pool and waterslide on the second floor and an all adult pool on the top floor. It is a very popular hotel and caters to children in many ways if this is a concern of yours.

Tourist activites can be booked at the travel desk in the main lobby and brochures by the dozens are yours for the taking. The Market Garden restaurant is a decent place to dine as it is set up market style and all hot items are made as you order them for a decent price.

The TTC can take you anywhere you really want to go and a day pass is available for unlimited use.

You can easily spend a day at the waterfront, check out the CN Tower and Sky Dome and then walk to Ontario Place or take a ferry ride to Centre Island or any of the other Islands to escape the hustle of the City.

check out www.torontotourism.com for hotel deals and places to discover. You will not get bored.
