Well the closest actual subway station is Kennedy (Bloor Danforth Line), but to get there you could take the subway to Kennedy station, go upstairs to the RT, and take the RT to Scarborough Town Centre. Go downstairs to the buses and take the 130 Middlefield North bus. It will take you right there. Another option is to take the subway north to Finch station (Yonge, University, Spadina Line) and take the 53A Steeles East bus (only the A goes all the way to Middlefield. The 53 only goes to McCowan. You will have to walk a block) all the way to Middlefield and walk a couple blocks south. It all depends on which part of the city you are coming from.
