Others Family doctor or walk in clinic Family practitioner, walk in clinic or even your local pharmacy may have a date set up. Call City of Toronto Go on www.cp24.com. In their archives there's a list. Also, between the hours of 8:30-4:30 you can call Toronto Health Connection at (416) 338-7600. Most doctors and walk ins do have it, but you'll want to call before going to doublecheck that they have it in stock. I went grocery shopping in Loblaws last week and they had a flu-shot clinic set up upstairs. It was free, of course, and they didn't even mind that I didn't have my OHIP card with me! check out the City website for any free flu shot clinincs. I couldn't get an appt with my dr because of work so I looked up the City of Ottawa site and they have the list of the free clinincs at high schools and arenas opened till 8:30 so I could go after work. I'm sure Toronto has the same thing |
