Windsor ON is pretty warm. Of course you'll have to deal with being in the city with the highest unemployment rate, rampant crime and drug use, and being cut off from the rest of Canada financially.

I live in Toronto, its preety amazing but Vancouver is a warmer metro, you gotta deal with rains there less snow
Osoyoos, B.C. has an extremely warm climate. I live in Calgary where it gets ridiculously cold, but we also get Chinook winds which warm it up immediately. We were minus 40 with the wind chill last week, and will be up to 14C on Thursday.
