Best travel option from Toronto to Buffalo airport?

I have a friend who lives in Toronto and is flying out of the Buffalo airport. Unfortunately his car broke down and the flights seem to be at times where the Greyhound and Amtrack is not going to work. Any suggestions?

It's expensive though, so if your friend is worried about money, then he/she should use Greyhound and stay the night at a nearby hotel if necessary.

sounds like you need to go the day before and spend the night.
go on the last bus and stay at dennys until morning, or get on the first bus and sightsee (in buffalo?! lol) until the flight.
