Can i travel to Canada without visa from the US?

Travel Tips
If you are from the U.S., you only need a visa if you want to live and/or work in Canada. To visit, no.

Others
I believe a Visa is for someone that is planning on staying there for a while. For things such as education or working. It's been a while since I've been to Canada, but you use to be able to drive up there, passing through border patrol portals of course. I'm not sure if anything has changed since 9/11, but if so, it would just be a passport. But I'm sure you can still just go up there, as long as you're not transporting anything illegal.
For a vacation only, yes. Don't stay too long, though.
No visa required.

The American government wants all people including their own to have passports when crossing back into America effective in 2007. Visas are as others have said just for extended stays such as going to school and working.
