Travel Info Does anyone have any points to help go to Toronto from Windsor either by train/air? Travel Tips I suggest that you go by train. The time and cost to fly would probably outweigh travel by train. Check out VIA rail. I've taken that route and it wasn't bad. I've also taken the Greyhound bus. If you do this, you should avoid the early morning "milk run". We called it that because it stopped in every little town between the two cities and took forever. I think we could have chosen another run and it would have taken half the time. I know that there are also private bussing also. I think that the ones I've seen were like an airport transfer system. I'm not sure about the cost though. If it's a direct bus ride from Windsor to TO it should only take about 4 hours. Source(s): http://www.ontariotravel.net/tcisctrl?si... I think it takes about 4 hours by train and will probably cost under $130 return. There is a plane you can take return and also a train from either city to the other. Check out www.viarail.ca and take the train. It's cheaper and less hassle. |
