Cheapest Air Fare from Toronto Canada to the Carribbean? |
Travel Info There are so many competitive travel companies on the internet it is difficult to figure out the legitimate ones from the non-legit. I was hoping someone has had a good experience with a particular Airway or Travel Company that would be able to help me limit my search. Also is travelling stand-by ever a good way to travel? Travel Tips I'm always planning trips and what I usually do is go on expedia or travelocity to see which airlines are the lowest being offered there. Then I go to those airlines' specific sites to see if they are offering the fares for lower. Others try www.travelcuts.ca. They seem to be the cheapest around. You can use places like Expedia.com or others. Or go straight to the Airline websites and shop a bit direct... The cheapest fares from Toronto actually fly out of Buffalo. I found good deals (15% lower that retail or internet) booking online directly with the Islands' airline BeeWee (British West Indies Air) from T.O. to Trinidad. BWIA also serves Tobago, Antigua, Greneda, Jamaica, Barbados and a few others direct from Toronto.. They do NOT serve the entire Caribbean though, so depends where you want to go. I've since heard they are restructuring the airline and changing the name to Carribbean Airlines, don't know how that might effect prices or selection - but by far the best deal when I was comparison shopping. http://www.bwee.com/ travelled from Toronto to T'dad 2 mos ago. Would rather have a root canal than fly out of the states (apparently I'm the "wrong colour" - WAY too many hassles) redtag.ca is a great website, and completely legit. Lots of cheap flights out of Toronto. |
