What are the top 5 things I should do while visiting Toronto?

Travel Info
also... what are some good places to eat? I'll be staying in the downtown area.

Travel Tips
As I'm not sure what you've visited before, this may just be a general list:

Places:
- The Royal Ontario Museum (ROM)
- Harbourfront
- Toronto Zoo
- Kensington Market
- St. Lawrence Market
- Cabbagetown (especially nice if you're just taking a stroll down the side avenues)
- CN Tower

Food-wise:
Winterlicious! Provided you visit during the right time frame (this year, Jan 26 - Feb 8)

I've added links to a food guide (for Toronto) as well as a link to the Special Events guide for the city so you can see what festivals/etc. may be going on at the time!

Enjoy T.O.! Source(s): Restaurant Guide - http://www.torontolife.com/restaurants/...

Other Travel Tips
Visit the CN Tower. I cannot thinks of any other things, such is my feeble mind, my precious.
Kensington Market-You won't go away hungry
AGO-Art Gallery of Ontario
Ice Skating at Nathan Philips Square
Eatons Centre for shopping
Pick up either Eye or Now Magazine (free entertainment weeklies) to check out the live music scene. There is ALWAYS something to see at a local club.
1) CN Tower
2) Casa Loma
3) Zoo
4) Eaton Center
5) Avoid the homeless (otherwise they will follow you. And yes they choose to be homeless and even have advocate groups to help them remain homeless. Most do not want govt assistance.)
6) See a show. There ususally are several good ones going on.
Some other ideas not mentioned above:

The ROM (Royal Ontario Museum) is also very good (if you like Museums)

Shoe Museum is popular with the ladies

In regards to restaurants, there are so many good ones, but in my young age I'm in no position to give recommendations.
CN tower
distillery district
hockey hall of fame
china town
casa loma
lot of resturants/clubs available on Queen W and york
if u r coming here in Summer Toronto island park is must
