I need help finding an apartment in Toronto for 400 to 500 dollars, pets, utilities, bachelor or one bedroom. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Search for shared accommodation in the Sun or Star for that price. Other than that you'll need at least $600 - 700/month.
You will have to get pretty lucky or do a shared accommodation. Unless you want to live near Jane street (worst area in Toronto)
For that kind of money, the most you'll get is a shared accomodation bachelor apt. Try browsing the side streets to the east of Dundas and Jarvis Streets. There are a lot of rooming houses around there....You should be able to find a bachelor apt with your own kitchen but a shared bathroom within your price range. It's not the best area, but not the worst either and only minutes from the Eaton Centre.
You're not likely to find a one bedroom or bachelor for that price. A decent basement bachelor will set you back about $750 min.

I think it will be difficult to find an accomodation in this price range , the option is to search around Universiites r colleges where students live
u can find bachelor accomdation (with students) only in the price range
few of my freinds r living around Seneca college(Finch and Donmills)
u can try around Humber college as well
