We used to have Boots Chemists here in Canada, but they're here no more. Too bad, because Boots was good. In fact, my dad used to tell a joke about Boots:

Guy goes to a pharmacy to buy condoms and the pharmacist tells him they are all sold out.

"Have you tried Boots?" the pharmacist asks.

"I want to have sex with her, not kick the sh*t out of her!" the guy says.

I think you'll only find them in the UK! Shoppers Drug Mart will probably suffice just fine as a substitute!
I don't think there are any Boots in Canada anymore. I know that you can get Boots items at Target in the States. We have Shoppers Drug Mart here which has some great stuff. I love Boots, but Shoppers is just a good.
