-10 to -15 celcius. Get dressed warmly.
It is really cold. Y'all need heavy winter jackets, hat, scarf and gloves. The weather on the 31st is supposed to be 23'F or -5'C with no chance of snow, but that doesnt mean it wont change before then.
It wasn't that bad until about 2 weeks ago. There has been a lot of snow lately and temperatures of around -7 C to -20 C.
I'd suggest you bring a warm coat, gloves, hat and scarf!

COLD ...be careful the roads are icy...not safe... wear something under your pants like...tights...make sure you have a big jacket with a nice big furry hood...and nice warm gloves...oh yeah...and boots...
