Residents of 140 Carlton St, Toronto: Do you like where you live?

I'm thinking of relocating, and I have a few options all in downtown Toronto. If you live or have recently lived at 140 Carlton, I'd like your opinion.

i did live at 140 Carlton....i also got mugged in the parking lot behind the complex...i hope this doesn't stop you from moving there!Other than that,it's a great location....you are right in the center to it all!Good luck...but watch your back and stay out of alleyways and parking lots at night!
