I got PRC of Canada in Feb 2004, I have been out of Canada for 2 and a half years can I reenter canada now.? |

However, as a Canadian Permanent Resident, you must accumulate two years of "residency days" in each five-year period in order to meet your Canadian residency obligations. So you can re enter Canada, but from now on you need to have that 2 years before leaving. BTW, why don't you just wait for 3 years then apply for citizenship that way, anytime you want to leave, you don't have to worry how much time you're allowed to stay outside of Ca in order for you not to lost you PR..... |
