Any studies beyond six months require a Study Permit, in addition to a Temporary Resident Visa, if you are not from a visa-exempt country. I don't think there's much school for postgrad in TO that's cheap.... there's UofT, Ryerson and York Universities.... other than that it outside TO. Others Consider YORK University You haven't said what is your area of studies. University of Toronto is the oldest, most established of the 3 universities in Toronto.
