Consider the area close to ur and spouse work place ,schools for ur kids etc.
If u r newly immigrant dont go for the expensive one just pick on the Minimum r with no contract r 3-6 months contract.
As normaly they need one year contract if u r ur spouse gets job far u might be in troube .
Therefore consider these points before siging any thing
