Why is it called cn tower what does CN means? |
Travel Info I asked that to myself yesterday and I Thought cn means canada?? Travel Tips The CN tower is named after the Canadian National Railway. It was built using the CN's pension funds, and bankrupted their employees pension plan. I know this as my neighbour was left penniless when her husband, a long time CN employee died suddenly from a heart attack, and she learned that there was no money left for her to collect a survivor pension. Guess they were hoping no one would need to collect before it started to turn a profit ???
