Travel Info What is the weather like in Toronto in mid-April? Travel Tips Usually quite mild in the daytime. Often over 10 degrees celsius in the daytime. At night it can dip down to as low as -2 degrees celsius. (Annual flowers cannot be planted yet as they are not frost hardy). It is good to pack and dress "in layers". Others supposed to be nice, have a nice time. :-) Lately that area has had it ups and downs with the weather. It is usually spring like with low to mid teens, but who knows this year. It was cold compared to there, I think it was about 6 to 8 degrees celsius. Compared to home though it was like a heatwave!!! If i remember right, there was a freezing wind. Be warned, take a jacket!! Nice city though. Rainny and windy.
