OK ah goin Cr茅ole style on allyuh, some of these might not be know to some of you but its Trinidad original creole style food, some of the names are creole but that what I know them by roti nice, roti sweet but den it have Callalou and Touloulou (Touloulou is a kind of crab) Curry Crab Accra tastes nice too, du riz noir (black rice) Broul djol nice and peppery Papilion (Papaya candy) Lambi (conch) cooked in a cream sauce salt fish and bake bake and shark La Morue (another style of salt fish) Punch de Creme Roselle (Sorrel) Hal茅 Fil茅 ( a stretchable taffy) Koul茅 Wil茅 (Oil Down?) shall i go on? Hear nah allyuh, why yuh tryin to make meh mouth water when I trying to do de people wuk? Now whole day I will be studying meh belly. Why allyuh so? I must clarify that Patraj roti is de best.
