You don't have to be gay, although in certain peoples opinion that certainly helps. A fassy is a sore or skin condition that causes itching and discomfort. To be "full of fassy" or "fassy fassy" means to be full of sores. If you are a fassy you generally display these negative aspects of an uncomfortable, itching, stinking sore, negatively affecting all those who you come in contact with. You maybe a fassy hole if you act like a jerk i.e. an a@$ hole. You may be a fassy if you are corrupt and sytematically try to oppress people e.g. member of the government or business elite, boss, manager. You may be fassy if you use any power or influence you have to make other peoples lives miserable , even just a little bit. Badmind, grudgeful, cummugin, cubbitch people are all fassies.
