Travel Tips
You look like a diver...I recommend Tobago. The whole island is gorgeous but you will want to pay particular attention to Bucco and Speyside. Enjoy!

go to the rivers ...beautiful! beachs too!be careful cause the tides are strong.......awesome casinos..no grreasy chinese food ...don't wonder alone at nite.....wear mosquito repellent....sweets are awesome
i was born there. it's a great place to visit - beautiful beaches. i think it might be a bit early but you may be able to catch the beginning of the leatherback turtle season. if you go to the ocean you can help the fisherman pull in the lines (if you are into that type of experience). shark/bake sold by the seashore is delicious. i miss drinking coconut water directly from the nuts.

desserts -- munch king coconut ice cream is the best! i love it!!!

as for trinidad -- nature sites could be caroni swamp and the bird sancutary in trinidad. a popular beach in tobago is stor bay (not too far from the airport -- where royalty has stayed before - back in the day). if you go up towards the port of spain area - it's mostly where the upper class has been moving to so it tends to be a more ritzy area (relative to island standards)...more big malls and higher end shopping in trinidad.

suggest east are hot hops bread rolls or "doubles" -- which is curried channa beans between two bread like bakes sold from a side street vendor -- you can buy it with pepper or not -- hot stuff! but delicious!
Tobago.
Really quiet, beautiful, lovely beaches, great food, wonderful, friendly, always ready to help people.
When in Trinidad go to our lovely restaurants, like Melange, Battimanzelle, Solimar, Apasara, Thamnak Thai...the national museum, the temple in the sea, the beach, just just Maracas but try the ones in Toco and Mayaro as well, go biking or kayaking down Chaguaramas, ask people to take you to the bamboo cathedral there, go to plays...advertised in the papers regularly, have fun...

Tobago visit as many beaches as possible, Englishman's Bay was rank was one of the Travel Channel's top ten Caribbean beaches...eat curry crab and dumplings on the beach, visit the restuarants like Me'Shells go hiking and diving (you may see a stngray) visit the Kissime museum, she does some lovely wooden statues that are quite striking...leave with some music from Machel Montano, Sparrow, Lord Kitchener, Cro Cro and any pan arrangements, but most importantly have lots of fun.

Go easy on the Carib and Stag, though, our beer little strong.
