I disenchanted after Machel kick up the groupie for Carnival then come back and kick up de people outside Zen de odder day...

Bunji uses to be good but his lyrics in almost incomprehensible sometimes and that is crap!... Then he start to sing bout he wife like he get tootoolbay!

AH mean I gone to a party an hug up wid my man to dance wid he to a song whey a man saying "Meh gyal name Fay Ann Lyons"

And Mr Iwer George aka "Fete after fete after fete after fete" aka the artist formerly known as Iwer George....
Well what to say about Mr Han han han han!
People LOVE Iwer George....
He moves a crowd. And he is the ONLY man... apart from Machel... who could sing the SAME song every year and make Soca hits.
We will take anything from Machel as he is a Soca Godfather...

Iwer on de other hand understand how to move de crowd

Eh not easy. Bunji get real stale the last two years. And Iwer have some really stupid tunes. But I'd give it to Iwer for now, he's good at what he sings, Bunji is a bit of a hypocrit. In one line he say he doesn't sing violence and then the next minute he sing "fire for d boys in blue".

It close though, one of my all time favourites is Islands with bunji & patrice.

I really liked Bunji in the beginning. I thought he had strong messages in his lyrics and loved the fact that God seemed to always be somewhere in his story. Now it just seems like everything he sings is the same. I mean, really, how much can one say about Fire??

I eh go lie, I never like Iwer. I find his head was always too big and he was always too full uh heself. Now yuh have to give Jack he jacket eh, Iwer's longevity speaks for itself and he could move a crowd....but dat still doh mean I must like him ;-)

oo lawd, why allyuh so?

Bunji really let meh down for the last two years or so, talking bout fire, every year is fire. Don't get me wrong, it was great the first year, but after that come on, that fire ent out yet?

And Iwer is a whole different kettle of fish, d man does sing the same song every year and still have the crowd moving. I dont know!!! He does remind me of Super Blue - even if he sing 'Mary had a little lamb, put something in the air' it going to have plenty people out there with flags and rags waving.

At one point in time i woulda say Machel....but these days Machel getting very violent. I might really have to stick to Sherwayne W.
Hmmmmm.....Bunj- who??? Enough wit de FI- YUH nah man!
I would prefer Bunji...he atleast has lyrical content...there is so much of raise your left hand, right hand...hannnnnnnnnnnn in the air i can take....
