Travel Info Do you think that Chief Justice Sat Sharma is being hounded out of office or is it purely plain political spite and bias on the part of the Patrick Manning administration? Travel Tips Hear nah, me ent really care what going on with Sat and Manning right now, but it seem that this is not the first time that there has been allegations that he tried to interfere in the outcome of a case that has gone to trial. The other one was the Narinesingh case. ohh Narinesingh save he life so he cant be a killer. Hell the whole country know that narinesingh and he second wife kill the first one. Let justice take its course, why do you feel that you must intervene so that the out come of a case suits you. That by itself was enough for he to get suspended from and thrown out of office, but then to get a second allegation like that..... But then again, in this country any thing goes, so i guess he figured he woulda been able to do that and get away with it. Others That is a difficult question to answer as it deals with the motive of all parties involved. If Sat Sharma used his office to influence the Basdeo Panday trial proceedings, he needs to be stripped of office. If that is not the case and Manning Inc. is trying to make a political point, then they are dead wrong. Unless the findings of the tribunal are made public we may never really know the real reason for his suspension. I tend to think President Richards to be straightforward and reasonably unbiased, so his endorsement of the suspension says quite a lot, but we really don't know what finally influenced his decision. what really happend only they know, if he did try to influence the matter then fair is fair, the right steps should be taken, but what about all the other politicians who are doing wrong things and no one is saying anything, everday something happens to cover up one story after the other. all president richard knows to do is party, nothing else. you don't hear him saying anything about is happening in the country. |
