Travel Tips
IZZZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!...

Gurl you one a dem wicked school gurl who does just tease yuh. Yuh went Trini and now you ha the nerve for we to plan yuh party that we a'int get invited to?!!!!!!!! Ah go STORM!!

Alright leh we start.

Now you want to make it trini but add a little specialty to it.

1) Make a corn soup and by the disposible small soup bowl and spoon. If yuh doh do that Trini's go find the biggest pot/bowl in yuh house and eat out of. Not to much salt. If you like you could preboil the corn in white sugar water to give it a sweet taste.

2) Barbacue a Turkey breast. Season the t'ing the night before and soak it with yuh best home made babacue sauce. Get a foil backing pan and place the turkey in that. Soak it again with the babacue sauce and add water to fill the pan half way up. Yuh doh want to ha dry turkey. Add a cap of Vat Rum (You should ha that yuh always taking yuh @$$ to Trini) in the water. Pre-heat yuh grill and place it on dey. Keep turning every 15 min for 2 1/2 hours or until the little plastic t'ing come up. Watch the sugar content on the B-sauce as some people have to watch dat in take.

3) Make a peas and rice. Doh add no meat this will facilitate the none meat eaters. Brown yuh sugar. Ah a'int want to hear about the bun t'ing from the Chinese shop. Use as much different peas as possible and add a touch of cinemann for a nice after taste flavour. Yuh 'no how all yuh Trini hand heavy ah say a touch. Ah 'no all yuh like to add coconut cream but remember that doh agree with everybody.

4) Potatoe salad. Well with this everybody different. But I do a boil egg, peas and carrot, and some brown sugar for flavour.

5) Macaroni pie. Do yuh t'ing.

6) Now when the Turkey done. You could put on the grill fallet salmon. DO NOT SEASON. Have it on the grill for 5 min. Create a nice dish plate with lettice, chop apples, chop pears, chop yellow and red bell peppers. Place the salmon in the middle and sprinkle it with a lime and ginger sauce. Greater the ginger and blend in plenty water to dilute it. Now take a little and pour it in a spray bottle and squeeze half a lime (NOT LEMON) in it. Now do a mist spray over the salmon for taste.

7) Create a cocktail drink that will have them wowing. Use 1/2 bottle Rum, 1/4 bottle Grey Goose fruit flavour, 2 red bull (that is to keep them sober), 4 fruit juices, a can of slice pine apple, 3 can a mix fruits. I a'int know how many people you inviting because I a'int get an invite so mix it to suit.

I just give you a start. Me aint invited so do the rest yuhself.
