Know any psychologist? |
Travel Info Hello everyone.I'm from central. I'm in search of a psychologist..Do you know of any? Where is the closest one to my area? I looked through the phone book but not much luck there as the closest one is located in St. Claire. any help will be greatly appreciated.thanks alot. Travel Tips Sorry but psychologists are few and far in between in Trinidad but there are a couple of good ones... Dr Waveney Richards is in Woodbrook. She's extremely good and specialises in people with depression. And lovey... they don't come cheap either... Her first visit is one thousand dollars after which you have SEVERAL visits which can cost up to between 500 to 800 per session I thought I was depressed and I was considering going there but the fees woke me up out of my depression completely. If you can't get her... they'll recommend another qualified psychologist. Call her at 628-6314... their hours are pretty flexible, but she's qualified and she's damned good! Cheers! ily! Others Yeah opposite chaguanas health centre in the bldg upper level use to be on, on the ground floor, that's the bldg opposite the health centre across the street, where the pharmacy is there is a psychiatrist office , Dr Maharaj and he has a psychologist who works there sometimes, go to that office and inquire about it she charges $150-200 TT per session. She's not a doctor though. someone i know goes by her and they like her also Dr Jerry Adams in mt hope ,not sure where his private practise is though i like him he's really good :) have a good one p.s.--> if u r a UWI student they have free psychological counselling on main campus |
