Travel Info Anyone ever been to carnival in TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO? Travel Tips Yes, I've been several times. I love the fetes (Insomnia, Glow, Soca Monarch Finals, Girl Power, Breakfast Fete, Wasa Fete, etc). The costumes are very beautiful (maybe not like Brazil, but at least as a visitor, you can participate). Jouvert is a lot of fun (be careful since there have been some incidents of violence, though I've never had a problem). If you love to drink and party, definitely go. I'm not one who enjoys hearing steelpan all the time, but Panorama is unbelieveable. I can't wait til next years.
