You are not going to see a lot of private sales for the Westmoorings area...these sellers can afford the commission fees in getting top dollar. For a $15 million TT mortgage, assuming 8%, you are looking at $115K monthly payment. So your income will have to be at least that. Maybe if you eat crix for breakfast, skip lunch and have doubles for dinner you can make the money stretch! Good luck! Others pay with US dollars, not with TT dollars....250 US...and they will love it!!but what about the crime there now!!! you need to do your search online, i am from tnt so do research but it is limited as well as hard, you would be better off going to trinidad, don't go to tobago, the crime is bad there, trinidad isn't to bad, go to the diego martin area, just be careful all around |
