Is there a problem with the mobile phone networks in Tunisia at the moment? |

It could be that your friends are in an area where coverage is restricted or limited and that could be why they aren't receiving your SMS messages. This happens to my husband when he goes to Djerba for work, or when we sit in a certain coffee here where we live. I suggest that you just try to send the messages at a different time, perhaps at a time when you know they will be in a location where reception is good.
