You have a lot to thank the Armenians. After the Mongols came to Anatolia from Asia they had very weird culture which was mix of Chinese, Tatars, Mongols, Seljuks. Six hundred years living with Armenians did change a lot. Modern Turkey's culture is very similar to the Armenian's. Like the music, food, and the way of thinking. So yes you do have a lot to thank the Armenians and also you have to apologize for the Armenian Genocide.
