Do you prefer arabian music, greek music or armenian music? I feel close to them, and I can't chose...And you?. |
Travel Info Their music and our music have been mixed during centuries, and now we seem to have sometimes the same harmonies ( even though the turkish way of beating the percusions is particular and easy to distinguish...) Greeks and Armenians seem to be the only Christians people who are able to understand our music, and some of them have even particpated to turkish musical heritage ( for example, Onno Tun莽, who is one the best composers in all musical history of the world...) We can also notice that Arabians and Turks have mixed many things each other( we gave them the Kanun, they gave us the Darbuka, for example...)... Greeks also had a great influence on our music...For example, when we listen to B眉lent Ersoy and Adnan Senses, we can see that there are many similarities with greek tunes... I can't chose which one I prefer...And you, what's your opinions and feelings about that?... Travel Tips I am greek and besides of Greek music I like turkish music especially Gulben Ergen. The song Beyaz Guvercin is great. "...Anlamad媒n m媒 beni yar anlamad媒n m媒..." Source(s): Greetings from Athens and congrats for the results in ESC! Other Travel Tips Prefer PURPLE HAZE.and UM陌T SAYIN form Turkey with the song Gel bulusal谋m gel seviselim mavi gecelerde bir of cekerim oof oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... oof oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo... Sarhosum ben y谋k谋l谋yorum ah sen谋n ask谋ndan ooof. La la la /la la la/lalala/laa laa laa. Ankara Kale if you ask me,i prefer none of them.i 've not heard any armenian music yet! -Arabian music... i don't like it,arabesque i really hate it! -Greek music...it is very similar with our melodies especially in Aegean part but not actually my type. -i have never heard any armenian music, and i don't think it should be a big loss... The turkish music, and the greek, have byzantine origines, and you can see it also in the hymns in the chyrch, or in the cami...Common origin... It means, that there is a common tradition between the countries. Personally, i like italian music, a country with so much tradition. Unfortunately, the mondialisation come si dice, imposed by the Big Power which dominated the world, has destroyed traditions, music, principles, and all the countries forgot their origines, even their conscoiusness... i don't really like folk music, sorry. and i prefer none of them. but the best folk music belongs to turkey, i believe. |
