I think, Dogu Perincek rocked that Swiss Government, Regards Others I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to ask but I think you are referring to the fact that Switzerland will be repealing or modifying the law relevant to the denial of the fallacious "Armenian Genocide". Therefore Mr Dogu Perincek's conviction will be quashed because in fact the law of denying the fallacious Armenian Genocide is repugant and goes against the fundamental tenets of any Liberal Democracy that is the Right to Freedom of Speech, The Rule of Law, The presumption of innocence until proven guilty and the Burden of proof being on the prosecution to prove the defendant's guilt beyond reasonable doubt. In other words it is a clear double standard and pure hypocracy, thus the law needs to be changed. |
