I'm curious about if someone....?

Travel Info
You know tekkeler, zaviyeler and t眉rbeler was closed in 30th November 1925 by Atat眉rk.And it is supported by the laws too..But t眉rbeler are still open.
Here are my questions:
If someone told this in a law court, would judge find him/her right?

And why does nobody say stop to these in Turkey?

Travel Tips
It is a complicated issue but I will try to explain it in simple words.
1- Atat眉rk closed these nests of bigotry and fundamentalism. But some of them kept working secretly.
2- After Atat眉rk, some political leaders, like Menderes, Demirel etc. supported them in order to get votes.
3- During the last 30 years, these people made a nasty plan. They collected clever children from villages and towns. They prepared them for university. They sent them to other countries for masters and Ph.D. education.
Now these people are in key positions in the government and in private sector.
4- Erbakan was in coalition for a long time. And now RTE is prime minister. They support these places and people.
5- It is difficult to explain this to Europeans and Americans. They think you are not democratic.
6- They get financial support from Iran and from S.Arabia. This is called 'green dollars'. These people have a lot of money.
7- When K.Evren was dictator in Turkey, 600 new Imam-Hatip schools were opened (religious educ. schools). He was hoping to stop communism with Islam. Big mistake.
If you take these matters to a court of law, probably the judge will be one of them.
The only solution to this problem is good education for everybody with good teachers.
Others
We should comment considering the conditions.

When Atat眉rk put these laws into effect, they were essential for the revolution. Because these places were the most likely gathering points for the inside opponents. At those times, tekke and zaviye buildings were mostly a complex building with tombs. So they were all closed down for the precaution.

For today, keeping tekke and zaviyes closed are still essential. But since they are closed, there's no need to close the tombs which are nothing more than graves.

There are lots of laws in force which are not really used anymore, like not wearing hats still requires penalty.
.after the 2. WW. exchange all in W. There is a new Age. In this age all is free. You can be also a Pagan...There is Freedom..I am a frontier.Accept Modernity but not post modernity.
Theoretically, you can also sue anyone that does not have a hat on too. This is one of the fascist laws created by Inonu that still exists today but is not enforced anymore.

Don't get me wrong - I don't approve of any of these institutions. But if anyone wants to go and pray at a t眉rbe, sueing them would not be very helpful.
I think the court would find him/her wrong, and state that this law was constituted in 1925 as a result of a need. And since that "need" is not present in the time being, there is no point in executing...
Just like the "hat law"....
