There are places where you can spend thousands of euros per night or if you have a limited budget you can have some other choices. If you go to Istanbul my choice is Four Seasons Istanbul. It is the best Four Seasons of Europe and you feel like you are in other world. Cheers This is an open question. You should define the place you want to go (Istanbul, Antalya etc), time you would like to stay (1 week or 1 month), purpose of your visit (touristic, business, long-time stay). In general, if you're coming from US or EU you'll find Turkey very cheap. You don't need Turkish currency (Turkish Lira) since there are exchange shops everywhere. Accomodation is the most expensive item in Turkey, 5 star hotels in Istanbul is expensive as other big cities, but in southern part of Turkey you may find all-inclusive luxury hotels with reasonable prices.
