Dalyan is a province of Mugla so;
drive to izmir.When you arrive izmir use the highway between izmir to aydin,that will make your way shorter and then in aydin drive to mugla using marmaris way.

Good roads, good driving conditions, great rest areas and good signs, it will be easy.

Sat/Nav's are available but it will depend on the model you have.
