Travel Info What are the best turkish foods one can try while in Istanbul? Travel Tips Our bus system is very good and not so expensive but these days airplane is nearly the same amount of money. In Istanbul you can eat a lot of things but if i were you i would go to Ottoman and Turkish Cuisines and eat bademli pilav. (rice with almond) You can dolma,mezze and Istanbul's speciality FISH! Don't go out from Istanbul without eating fish,mezze and drinking raki near Bosphorus. Others By plane.. Foods: All kebaps, mant谋, yaprak sarmas谋, dolma etc. by bus as a food 陌skender yuo must try it, have a nice holiday. I would take the Plane because I did it once with the Bus and that was a very long drive from 12 Hours.Nice to see every thing looking out of the Bus but as I said a very long drive. try a domestic airline like ONUR.You have to book in Turkey however,you cant do it from the states.I am not sure of the spelling but the flights are cheap and clean. by plane by bus. both are very good.
