Travel Info Generally, what is Turkey like? I really know nothing about it. Travel Tips Hello, I am a foreigner in Turkey. I can tell you that this is the most comforting and comfortable place that i have ever lived. Not only the country itself but the people are wonderful also. I mean there is life in this country. Where i am coming from i have never seen such kind of hospitality and tolerance. They are alive i don't know how to explain but when you go outside you see that they are always laughing and talking. I love how they are with their families. Caring about eachother. (not a phone call once in a week, they are together, they love to be together) Friendship is important for them. You can never stay alone here. They will come and ask you: so let's show you Istanbul:)) About the country all those bautiful ads are true.sometimes you see a country advertisement and when you come to the country you get dissapointed. It is not like that. Here you come and you are amazed with what you see. Turqouise sea, sandy beaches, amazing ancient places... I just advice you to come and see this country.
