In may task manager?

explorer,internat,loadqm(i deleted,learned that it wasnt necessary),hpotdd01,systray,qt... and it was about quick time),Winampa (deleted many times but comes again),ashwebsv(thinking about delete) and there is Ytbsdk everytime i see i delete it but it comes again wondering what it is?
Pls help me what of them sould be deleted????

and after using Limewire pc went slow down any opinion to share??
Also in task manager Acrord32 whats that???

most processes are meant to be there!!!! do not delete anything in your task manager!! only delete things in application tab. acrord32 is the closing tool in adobe reader. it should stay on!!
