Why do so many people give incorrect answers here? |
Travel Info I have lived & worked in Turkey for many years & the great % of answers here are either guesses by people that don't know or have never been here or know it all expats that think they know it all. I think if you don't know the 100% correct answer then you could do some serious harm, cause people unnecessary grief & expenditure plus insult the Turkish people people. If you dont know the 100% correct answer then i think you should not answer. Travel Tips Hey, mate. Don't take Y!A so seriously. This is "community" site and people are well meaning (most of the time). NOBODY ever claim to KNOW everything about every country. Poeple just want to help. Sure, it might be annoying to see when people get it wrong, but generally, it is not a matter of life and death. People who want to travel to different country have to take their own responsibility as to what advice they took and what research they have done before they go there. Because everyone thinks that they themselves are right.
