Club Med - Turks & Caicos?

Has anyone every been to this Club Med? If so, what can you tell me about it? I went to the Cancun Club Med back in 1988 and had a great time. I just need to get away to paradise and de-stress.....its not about "hooking up", but I would like to meet nice people though. Any advice is appreciated.

As you know from your previous experience, Club Med was the originator of the "all-inclusive" concept that we enjoy today. However, they have lost considerable market-share since the level of competition and new resorts has grown so much over the last ten years, and many of their resorts were "dated". Recently, they have changed some of the executive officers of the company, and closed some of their older resorts - while concentrating on refurbishing their most popular ones. The Club Med T&C was one of the resorts that Club Med spent a couple of million re-doing.

The club is an "adults only" resort, and T&C is a very quiet island - with little night life outside the resort itself. The island is known for its "world class' diving and snorkeling and its crystal clear blue waters. I have not sent any clients there since they have reopened.
