I have recently passed the all the stages for Emirates cabin crew.

I have sent my medical forms back, this was over a months ago.

does any one know how long it roughly takes to get a decison?

Maybe you are actually waiting for the UAE to do a criminal background check. This takes the longest, about 6 weeks, be patient. And by the way, Emirates Air Rocks!!!
