Basically degree certificate is not a mandatory to get a work visa from Dubai. If you are looking for a professionally categorized jobs like doctor, engineer, accountants etc, then you have to submit a copy of your authenticated degree certificate, pertaining to the related job for visa approval. For normal categories, doesn't a matter, you will get a visa easily. Hope the above information will help.
