I only have authenticated high school diploma,is it possible for me to have working visa eventually? |

Fluency in English is not the only prerequisite in getting a job, keep that in mind. With an influx of jobhunters in Dubai, competition is tough. It is common to hear about expatriates on 2-3 visa runs because they cannot find a suitable job. Nonetheless, if you feel you are well-equipped to land a good job, then definitely you can. As far as minimum education certificate required to get a working permit, your high school diploma is enough. Although if the companies follow the government labour laws/rules to the letter, then you can be employed in limited positions. Most companies however circumvent the rules; meaning (e.g.) you can be actually employed as supervisor, but your designation on your work permit/visa will be a little less. As for now, that is the least of your concerns. Others Yes, unless you're a terrorist. You'll be OK There are tons of jobs over here (in Dubai and Abu Dhabi), but most are related to construction. I have found that having a network is probably more important here than any other place I have worked - i.e., someone who is connected, who knows you and can hook you up with an employer. If you are on your own, I would say your chances of finding something are very slim. Please consider signing up with a "headhunter" firm. There are several very good ones over here and they will definitely find you a job if your qualifications match any positions they are aware of.
