Can anyone tell me info on Dubai's new airport: Jebel Ali World Central (JXB) Airport City?

I know it's being built just down the road from me and it's huge! It takes almost ten minutes to drive along one side of the site at 120km/h! It's a lot more than an airport, with a business centre, sports city (Including Golf Course), accomodation areas and a shopping mall. Not to mention the seven parallel runways and three terminals for all the flights.

It has been rumoured that the existing Dubai airport will serve only Emirates flights including their A380's and all other carriers and cargo will be routed through Jebel Ali. Dubai is becoming a world hub, with direct flights available from here to almost anywhere you want to go.
