Which is a better choice to work for: a 4-star hotel in Dubai or an American foodchain in Kuwait?

Travel Info
This 4-star hotel in Dubai only offers accommodation, 3meals a day, 30-day paid vacation & basic salary in AED(which is soOO basic!Like 15,000pesos). If converted to Philippine peso, the call centers might even pay more, except Dubai is tax-free. The only advantage I could see in taking this is that, my friend who's being offered a supervisory job, would be a pioneer 'coz the hotel is in its pre-openning stage.

The American foodchain in Kuwait, on the other hand, is offering way higher salary (6x over!) in US $, option to avail family Visa, monthly bonuses & training based on the ads they put up. Please help me give valuable insights for my girlfriend on the advantages & disadvantages in working for the above-mentioned companies considering the working & living conditions in Dubai & Kuwait. Could anyone who has worked for Fuddruckers share their experience in working for the said company? Is there a better future for the family working for such company?

Thank you in advance

if you're looking to save money then i have to say that dubai is a very wrong choice since living their cost a lot even with the company offers plus she's a dead city nothing to do but work or visiting restaurant ...
so i guess that kuwait is a better choice
Honestly, I dont know of any US-based food chain that offers salaries higher than US$300 for a Filipino staff in the Middle East region. Fuddruckers, KFC, Hardees, McDonald's, Burger King...all offer around that salary to restaurant crew. Add a couple of hundred dollars to senior positions but definitely, nothing over $800 in most cases.

Admittedly, the Dubai offer is lower but you need to consider several factors:

1: Dubai is an open and free city where foreign nationals can work and stay happily. Kuwait on the other hand, is more closed and conservative, especially for a Filipino worker.

2: The opportunities for promotions in a four-star hotel are higher, depending upon your performance.

3: The cost of living in Dubai is lower than in Kuwait.

4: Dubai also allows expatriate workers to bring in their families.

5: Climatically, Dubai is more milder than Kuwait.

Also, is Fuddruckers offering you free accommodation in Kuwait? Housing there is pricey.

In the Middle East region, Fuddruckers operate through a franchise system. Hence, while you are working at a Fuddrucker outlet or system, you'll actually be the employee of its local or regional franchisee and not of Fuddrucker itself.

Four star hotels in Dubai also have training programs..to stay competitive in service.

From your description of salaries, I estimate you'll be paid about Kuwait Dinar 650 by Fuddruckers. That's good enough pay for any worker or staff of a franchise operator.
the hotel; better food, better pay, better environment & better job. you might get blown up in an american place.
