To get a working visa in Dubai you must be sponsored by your employer and pass a minimum standard of English.

If your employer does not sponsor you they are breaking the law and you can ask the Ministry of Labour to look at your case (though you may risk deportation for working illegaly).

Otherwise you need to marry a local for a permanent visa.

You can't have a job in dubai without being sponsered there unless you are a local. The person you will provide the job also has to provide you with a legal visa etc. which is process by the right authorities.
