Permitted for transit and outbound passengers only If your final destination is Male then of course you can buy from Dubai airport duty free shops. Others You are not allowed to take liquids from London in the departure lounge. BUT you should be allowed to buy liquids from Dubai. By the way, if you are going 4 hols in Dubai soon, fly to Abu Dhabiairport as there is no traffic all the way to Dubai and passport control is a breeze while Dubai airport is a NIGHTMARE!
