Get rid of a tattoo in dubai???

i got a tattoo when i was 16 and then i tattoood over it when i was 19 and now it looks like a smack of crap on my back... anyone knows where i can laser it off in dubai?

lol ss but thats why people should wait till they are old enough to actually think about the future and if they want a tattoo FOR LIFE! i have one of a heart and rose with my sons name through it ID NEVER GET MY BF OR HUBBY NAME TATTOED ON ME AS YOUR CHILD IS BLOOD BUT SPOUSE/BF IS NOT WRITTEN IN STONE!
